Plan structure
Binary plan
A plan with exactly two legs where pay is calculated on the weaker leg's volume.
Each participant in a binary plan has two positions below them, a left and a right leg. New recruits are placed in one or the other, and commissions are typically a percentage of the volume in the weaker leg, sometimes paid per "cycle" of matched volume.
Binary plans encourage teamwork, because recruits placed by an upline can land in your leg (spillover), but unmatched volume in the stronger leg may be carried over, capped or flushed. Ask what happens to it.
