The need in binary plans to keep both legs' volume close, since pay follows the weaker leg.
Because binary pay is computed on the lesser leg, volume in the stronger leg earns nothing until the weaker leg catches up. Participants therefore place recruits strategically, and companies sometimes let the upline place recruits in your weaker leg. Unbalanced volume is often carried over up to a cap, then flushed.
