Payout percentage
The share of company revenue paid out as commissions and bonuses.
Plans advertise "up to 50% paid out". The figure is usually a percentage of business volume, not of revenue, and it is a total across all participants. It says nothing about how the money is distributed; a plan can pay out 50% with 90% of it going to the top rank.
