Pool bonus
A share of a global pool, typically a percentage of company volume, split among qualifying high ranks.

Pool bonuses set aside a percentage of company-wide volume and divide it by shares among participants at the top ranks. The value of a share is unknown until the period ends. They are a top-of-plan reward and rarely relevant to modelling typical income.
