Top 1% share
The proportion of all payouts received by the highest-earning one percent of participants.
The top one percent share measures concentration: in many published statements the top 1% of participants receive a large share of everything the company pays out. Our income disclosure database records it where the tier table allows it to be computed.
A high concentration is not by itself a legal finding, but it explains why average figures mislead.
