Rank advancement bonus
A one-time payment for reaching a new rank, sometimes paid in instalments.
A rank advancement bonus rewards the first time a participant hits a rank. It is one-off, which is why it is often paid over several months and can be clawed back if the rank is not maintained.
In an income model, treat it as a single event, not recurring income.
