The traditional name for a participant in a multi-level plan; many companies now use other titles.
Also: consultant, associate, brand partner, ambassador, member, promoter, coach
Distributor, consultant, associate, ambassador, brand partner, coach: the titles differ, the role is the same. The word "distributor" has fallen out of favour because it implies inventory; newer titles sound like influencer or affiliate roles. Our database uses "participant" for all of them.
