10-K
The annual report US public companies file with the SEC, including risk factors and legal proceedings.
Also: annual report, SEC filing
A 10-K contains audited financials, the number of active participants, and a "legal proceedings" section listing lawsuits and regulatory matters. The "risk factors" section often states plainly that the company's model could be found to be a pyramid scheme in some jurisdiction. It is the most candid document a company publishes.
