Cooling-off period
A window after signing up during which a new participant can cancel for a full refund.
Consumer law in many countries and the DSA code give new participants a cooling-off period, commonly 14 days in the EU and a few days in the US, to cancel and get their money back. Check whether it covers the starter kit and any first order.
