Who is counted. The statement covers about 107,769 U.S. Distributors who ordered products for resale in 2025. Herbalife says the majority of its Distributors joined only for the product discount and do not sell or recruit. Those are not in these figures, and the statement gives no total.

The medians describe a narrower group. "50% earned more than $166" and "50% earned more than $320" in a month refer to Distributors who earned money in a typical month (about 47,000), split into first-year Distributors and all others. They are not medians for all participants.

About 96,000 of the 107,769 earned some money during the year. The statement gives no share that received nothing.
